 Welcome to my portfolio

My name is Joel Black. I received my Master of Science in Education from The College of Saint Rose (December 2006) in the Educational Technology Specialist Program,  and a Bachelor of Arts from  New England College (December 2002), with a  major in social studies and educational studies. I have a particular interest in the area of instructional technology and I have been involved with a number of special technology projects.  I hope this portfolio will highlight some of my strengths and experiences.
